Messing around with the offcuts...
After practicing on the readily available Morrisons Value
sponges, we decided to embark on the mission of baking
our very own sponge cake. Doubling up the recipie I
posted on my design context and throwing in a bit of cooking
chocolate the result was quite a tasty cake with a fairly
suitable texture to sculpt with.
