The Lovin' Leeds brief is a two day adventure into a modern day twist on the legendary Woodstock festival, promoting social interaction and harmony as seen back in 60's America. The world today can be perceived as a daunting, dangerous often racist place at times, it is our task to promote a summer event focusing on social harmonay and essentially, peace & love.
We wanted to focus on the intergration of different social backgrounds and cultures, more specifically bringing them all together through the art of food. Taking inspiration from American roots, we started to think about a 'cook-off' style festival, bringing multiple cuisines together in one place.
