We had a task to come up with 5 ideas, and from there explore each idea with 5 variations. The majority work to one overall idea/concept per sheet, although I went on a bit of a tangent with one and didn't particularly produce 5 variations of 1 idea.
It was a really useful task though, proving that it is so beneficial to work on paper before even thinking about stepping foot in After Effects. Although once applied to AE the ideas become can become alot more sophisticated, it's that initial concept that is hard to come by when staring at a screen.

The first batch of many sheets working and developing kinetic ideas - drawing around our ID cards however, is becoming the bane of my life, I'm thinking of printing out some A3 size templates but feel it may be a slightly small format to work on.
