Arcade type

The progression of the arcade type idea I had, starting with the machines popping up in correlation to classic arcade bleep sounds.
Each machine was imported at quite a high resolution and occupies it's own layer in order to manually manipulate the movement of them after formed in the arcade type.
I storyboarded this idea and waned the machines to turn into asteroid rocks used in the game, and then for a little ship to come and start shooting them, causing them to split off.



After importing the massive files, it was long enough manipulating them as it was, so I decided to leave this aspect out and just have them panning back before zooming in quickly and ending back up on a singular arcade machine.








I didn't want all the the machines to move at the same time, speed and come to a stop all together so I staggered the position values and the frame rate in which they move to make it feel a more natural and explosive-esque.
