Identity

I wanted to replicate the Nike logo and text as best I could, finding perfect vectors of both online is a near impossibility so i decided to mock it up in illustrator.

The simple drips dont hinder the Nike visual but quite clearly connote a creative visual, be it paint, colour or drips. Changing the colour, or using multiple colours could be another subtle aspect that sparks an intrest.

Experimenting with block type using the name cromo, I quite like the middle exaple with the full crosses for 'o's although the C does look rather like an E. The colour versions with wavey lines could also work but I'm not sure how legible it would be as a logo.

I added a little backdrop to the tick giving it a little more depth as though the paint was dripping over a 3D tick model.
